What we collect
When you contact us or submit a referral, we collect only the information you give us: name, contact details, and what you tell us about your needs. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data.
How we use it
To get back to you, to provide the care services you ask for, and to meet our obligations as a registered NDIS provider. We don’t share information with third parties unless you ask us to.
How we look after it
Your information is stored on Australian-hosted services, encrypted at rest, and only accessible to staff who need it for their role.
Your rights
